What has your before/after experience been like?

Before/after content + likeness release

By submitting your before and after photos, name, and written response ("Content"), you grant Mars Health, Inc. and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display, and distribute the Content, including your name, image, and likeness, in any media now known or later developed, for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes, without further compensation, notice, or approval.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the Content is your own and reflects your honest experience, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You release Mars Health, Inc., its affiliates, and partners from any claims arising from the use of the Content. You may request that we stop using your Content in future materials by emailing liftoff@mengotomars.com; we may retain and continue to use copies already published or required for our records.
